Following the launch of the Motorola Earbuds Metal and Earbuds Sports in-ear headphones last week, Shyam Telecom, the Indian licensee of Motorola Companion Products range, has launched another pair of headphones, called the Motorola Verve Loop Sports Bluetooth in-ear headphones. The water resistant headphones are priced at Rs. 2,499 and will be sold via mobile retail outlets and e-commerce sites.

The Motorola Verve Loop Sports Bluetooth in-ear headphones is a mouthful to say, but as the name suggests, the headphones come with Bluetooth support and are being aimed at fitness enthusiasts who don't want to have to deal with the hassles of wired headphones. And since the headphone also comes with an IP54 rating for water and splash resistance, users can sweat it out as much as they want and not worry about damaging it.

Shyam Telecom says that the Motorola Verve Loop Sports Bluetooth in-ear headphones are designed to offer consistent and high-quality audio experience as well as easy Bluetooth pairing. It is powered by a lithium-ion battery which delivers up to 6 hours on a single charge. It will also be able to offer up to an hour of playtime on a 20-minute charge.

As mentioned, the Motorola Verve Loop Sports Bluetooth in-ear headphones are aimed to please those into fitness workouts or sports, and for that the headphones come with three extra ear hooks and silicon gel to keep them firmly in place for a distraction-free workout. The headphones also feature A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), HF and AVRCP, enabling hands-fee calling and voice assistance. The Motorola Verve Loop Sports Bluetooth in-ear headphones are compatible with both Android and iOS devices and supports Siri and Google Now. Users can also keep track of their headphones via a companion app called Vervelife.

Through the Integrated Multipoint Technology, users will be able to pair two smartphones to the Motorola Verve Loop Sports Bluetooth in-ear headphones at a time at a range of up to 20 meters. In-line controls let you manage volume, playback, and calls.
